Shipping & Returns
ORDER CONFIRMATION
As soon as you submit your order, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. Which means that we have successfully received your order in our system. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
SHIPPING
Typically orders will ship within 1-3 business days, with the exception of preorder items. These will be noted as a "pre-order" with the anticipated shipping date. Pre-order items will ship separately from any additional products you order.
We are not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost once they have been scanned by USPS/UPS. If a package has been marked "delivered" but has not been received by the recipient, it generally shows up 3-4 days later with USPS. If it still has been stolen or lost by USPS, please contact us and we will give the necessary information for you to file a claim with USPS. However, we cannot refund products or shipping.
All packages that are attempted to be delivered and waiting at your local post office/UPS are also in your care and you are responsible for retrieving the package, paying duties/tax if it applies.
Once your products arrive, please fully inspect them. if you notice any damage, take images, save them carefully in the box and contact us immediately at hello@wildcapri.com
Once product has arrived safely to you, the product is now in your care. Wild Capri / Happy Mama Essentials LLC is not responsible for jars breaking. Please treat all products (especially the glass jars) carefully and store them in safe places to avoid any breakage.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
We want you to have the best experience possible with Wild Capri. Any unopened and unused product can be returned within 14 days of receiving your product. Because these products are handcrafted and a great deal of time goes into each and every one of them, all sales are final and a return is invalid after 14 days.

Our tallow whips are a perfect example of our slow-made processes. Slowly rendered and infused with reparative organic oils and healing herbs by us. Our suet is sourced from a local, grass-fed farm where animals are raised without pesticides, hormones and antibiotics.
